All of our work is handmade to each individual order, and we double-check measurements before commencing the making process to ensure the best fit.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 7 days of receipt so that we can discuss and arrange adjustments or exchange.
Exchange items must be returned to us in unworn and perfect/original condition.
Do not return any items before contacting us in advance.
We can not be held responsible for items lost in transit.
We recommend that you send by registered post and retain proof of postage. Please note: All postage costs for returns/exchanges must be covered by the customer and will not be refunded.
