Shipping policy

All our products are handmade to order and we don’t carry stock items. After an order is placed, the turnaround time is 2-3 weeks for standard sized items and 2-6 weeks for custom made items until they are ready to be shipped.

Please note, during busy periods these turnaround times can be extended. There is a rush order upgrade if you need your item sooner than that – please contact us for this option.

Domestic shipping within the UK with the option of special delivery next day or 1-3 days transit with standard shipping. Please select option at checkout.

We ship worldwide and delivery times vary by country but we do offer Express shipping, which takes 1-3 days transit time depending on the destination – you can select this option at checkout.

Orders may take longer to arrive during peak times, i.e. during holiday season, please allow more time for transit or select the express shipping option.
